About this program
As a leader, you are responsible for setting direction for your team, asking the right questions and making effective decisions. Data and AI offer numerous opportunities to support you in doing so.
This training is designed for managers and leaders who want to use data and AI more effectively in their daily work. You will learn how to ask analysts and teams the right questions, critically evaluate analyses, use AI as a sparring partner and turn insights into well-informed decisions and concrete actions.
We combine analytical skills with Power Skills. This way, you will not only learn to make better-informed decisions, but also to set direction, bring people on board and drive change within teams and across the organization.

Yes, our programs are offered exclusively in-company for teams and organizations. We tailor the content to your development needs and work with real challenges from your organization. This ensures that the training is directly relevant to participants’ day-to-day work.
How large are the groups?
We work with small groups of 10 to 12 participants, depending on your organization’s preferences. This allows plenty of room for interaction, individual guidance and applying what you learn to your own challenges.
Can I attend the training online?
Yes, on request, our programs can also be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Our training sessions are interactive and practice-oriented, allowing participants to learn together and work on challenges from their own organization, even when attending online.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No, you do not need to be a data or AI specialist. Our programs focus on developing practical skills that you can apply directly in your day-to-day work. We tailor the level of the training to participants’ backgrounds and experience.
How are the programs tailored to our organization?
Before the training, we discuss your development needs, participants’ existing knowledge and the challenges your organization faces. Based on this, we tailor the content, practical examples and exercises to your team. This ensures that participants develop skills that are directly relevant to their day-to-day work.
How is generative AI integrated into the training?
Generative AI is used as a thinking partner when working on practical challenges. Participants learn how to use AI to explore problems, develop ideas, support analyses and refine insights. We also focus on writing effective prompts and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.We use the AI tools your organization already works with, such as Microsoft Copilot. This allows participants to learn how to use AI effectively within their own working environment and apply what they learn directly in their day-to-day work.
How much time does the training require outside the training days?
In addition to the training days, participants work on assignments and challenges from their own organization. Between training days, you will need approximately 2 to 4 hours to prepare for the next session, depending on the topic you have chosen.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
After successfully completing the program, you will receive a BAYZ certificate recognizing the skills you have developed. This allows you to demonstrate your development in Data, AI & Power Skills.
