Participants give our training courses – and trainers – high ratings. This is also noticed by other organizations. Our customer portfolio is growing and the demand for training is increasing. That is why we are looking for experienced freelance trainers who can provide impactful training, using the material developed by BAYZ. These training courses can be organized physically on location throughout the Netherlands (and beyond), or online (via MS Teams).

Who we are looking for
At BAYZ, we believe that the human factor is key to creating value with data analytics and artificial intelligence. As a trainer at BAYZ, you help our customers to get more value from their data with their own employees. You train employees at all levels of the organization in data-driven working, in line with our philosophy ‘analytics for everyone’. You do this through various training programs, tailored to the role within the organization and required of the employee.
This is the experience you bring to the table:
- A completed academic education.
- At least 2 years of work experience in facilitating training and coaching participants.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a strategy or data analytics consultant.
- In–depth expertise in one or more of the following areas: problem solving, customer and stakeholder management, storytelling, data visualization, slide writing, applying data analytics methods and techniques (Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence) to business challenges.
- Fluent in both Dutch (mother tongue) and English (professional) and able to provide training in both languages.
- Willing to provide online group training (via MS Teams).
- Willing to travel at home and abroad.
- Willing to contribute to the development of digital training materials (including e–learnings).
